Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio & Triarii
A special welcome to a night of bombastic darkness in a place rarely to be seen within the frames of alternative music. The former church known as Skeppsholmskyrkan, now Eric Ericsonhallen, is the venue perfect to host this kind of event. Majestic, gothic and with outstanding and complicated acoustics that will surely add an extra layer to an evening that will be a once in a lifetime experience.
Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio (Official) is performing a show in Sweden for the first time since 2003. A legendary band that started out with the legendary label, Cold Meat Industry, in 1993. Instantly they found their own sound that can be described as apocalyptic folk music and since 1995 when the debut (Reaping the fallen/The first harvest) came out they have released 14 albums. The new album “[Vision: Libertine] – The Hangman’s triad” released in early 2016 is the first since 2010 and for sure one of the best they ever released, probably even the darkest one.

We are already hard at work with the post-production process. All groundwork has been laid: research, interviews, and filming. What we need now are the resources to complete this project with the level of ambition it deserves. During the past 6 years of existence as Death Disco Productions, there has never been a time in the history of this company without any confirmed gigs in the near future. Now that we've reached that point, not having any other show announced at the moment feels like a much needed relief. This does not mean that we won’t be doing shows anymore!![]()

This is also the right time to publicly acknowledge that unfortunately Slaughter at Sea: Black Sails on the Baltic Sea 2023 is officially cancelled (not postponed!). The reason is very easy to understand, we can't do events with major bands for only a few hundred people. You can only do that a few times before you eventually get bankrupt and for this reason it has been decided to pull the plug already now. We’ve done our fair share of suffering through for the sake of the fans and the bands, but this is not a long-term solution. ![]()

The past few weeks have been very intensive to say the least. Having a tour running while preparing for a festival has taken the stress to a previously not explored level. Still, to look back and realize that everything actually worked out in the end, give or take a few minor details (like random threats for having “dared” to bring Mgła back to Sweden or a somebody that opened and left an emergency exit open during the past weekend's festival that resulted in having to evacuate everybody). ![]()

Having said this we'd like to send out a huge thanks to everyone that has bought tickets to our events, in particular events have happened this year. Without your contribution we couldn't have done anything at all! An extra shout-out to people that flew in from 33 different countries to join us during the past weekend at Södra Teatern! ![]()
